I'm SO ECSTATIC that I FINALLY got to see Lori perform live!! I absolutely ADORE this woman's music!! She did not come to the Tampa Bay area during the Soul 2 Soul Tours, and really she hasn't ventured far from the Boston area much until the last couple of years. I was so surprised to find out many weeks after I had bought my Trisha Yearwood ticket that Lori was going to open up for her!!! This concert was like a "two-fer"!!! The icing on the cake was getting to meet Lori in person.....what an amazing experience! And it wasn't even planned, she announced she's be out at the souvenir booth right before she sang her last song. I didn't have any albums with me for her to sign or anything so I just had her sign my ticket! She was going to sign my T-shirt that I bought, but then I said if she signed it, I probably wouldn't wear it b/c the ink would wear off after washing the shirt!! And she said she definitely wanted me to wear the shirt - everywhere!!! ;-) I told her I just wanted to chat with her about her music anyway!....I wasn't really even concerned about autographs or anything like that. When I told Lori that I had all of her albums, she seemed kind of shocked!!! I told her after Faith's Fireflies and seeing her on the Oprah show, I was hooked on her music and had to go out and get everything she's recorded (sort of like Faith did!). I had a great night at this concert!!!
